Introduction
Welcome to DJMASCOT. By accessing and using this website and purchasing our digital products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Product Description
DJ Mascot is an animated mascot software designed to integrate with streaming platforms such as TikTok Live, OBS Studio and Rekordbox. The product includes animated characters, visual effects and audio sync tools.
All products are delivered as instant digital downloads. Once your payment is completed, you will receive download access via the email address you provided.
License of Use
When you purchase DJ Mascot you obtain a personal, non‑exclusive and non‑transferable license that allows you to:
- Use the product in your live streams and digital content.
- Install the software on up to 2 devices you own.
- Receive free updates within the purchased major version.
The following is strictly prohibited:
- Reselling, sublicensing or redistributing the product to third parties.
- Modifying, decompiling or reverse‑engineering the software.
- Using the product for commercial purposes other than creating your own content.
- Sharing the download file on public or private platforms.
Payments and Refunds
All prices are shown in the currency indicated at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway.
No‑refund policy: Because our products are digital downloads, we do not accept returns once the download has been completed. If you experience any technical issue, please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank or payment provider.
If there is a billing error or a problem with your download, please email us at soporte@djmascot.nodo-digital.com within 7 days and we will help you resolve it.
Product Updates
Updates within the same major version are free for all customers. Major version upgrades may require a new payment, in which case we will offer a special price for existing customers.
Technical Support
We provide technical support via email at soporte@djmascot.nodo-digital.com. Our usual response time is 24–48 business hours. Support covers installation and usage issues related to the software; it does not cover hardware problems, operating system issues or third‑party software.
Intellectual Property
All elements of DJ Mascot — characters, animations, source code, marketing materials and names — are the exclusive property of Nodo-Digital.com and are protected by copyright and related laws. Any unauthorized use constitutes an infringement and may be subject to legal action.
Limitation of Liability
DJ Mascot is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that the software will be compatible with all hardware or software configurations. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.
Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on this page. We recommend that you review this document periodically.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Medellín, Antioquia.
